Gee that list of benefits is impressive! I wonder if it improves the paint match between bumpers and body on red cars!!!
What I have heard about these scams is, that most just have one large capacitor inside them, and in reality they dont do a diddly.
The list of promised improvements includes a few that are just plain impossible. If it were a true switch mode regulator, it theoretically could give better (but not audibly better) sound from radio, and light bulbs (especially the damned H7's) could last a little longer, and that's about it.

World is full of all sorts of snake oil peddlers for cars, most are recognizable by guaranteedly empty promises.
Just as a note, if someone promises a 10% fuel saving on a modern vehicle, it is a scam with 100% certainty.
