The "goo" isnt worth a damn as its a very short term fix.

For me the answer to no spare wheel is UltraSeal/Puncture Safe. Used it on my bikes for years. Surprising the number of people who havent heard of it.

Its put in to the tyre then, when a puncture happens, (within size parameters) the puncture seals almost immediately. No where near the speed restrictions of "goo" and no need to remove or repair the tyre.

Of course its very important to regularly inspect your tyres.
