my wife has recently purchased a i30 and I was hoping I could buy her some tyres as a present as she loves the car to pieces. can anyone in the UK recommend anywhere good I can purchase tyres for a reasonable place.

There is a particular model of Continental Brand tyre which works well with the i30 (nice and quiet)

Do you have any preference,i.e.summer or winter or do you want an all seasons type tyre?

On my first i30 i just replaced with the same as on but i know one of our uk  members, alanho, wanted low noise tyres and has done an indepth  review.

Try the search module but l"ll check myself and post link if i find it.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I spent ages looking online and found a uk based site called http://www.tyres247.co.uk they are easy to use and cheap which is main thing for me lol.

They may have reasonably priced tyres but their website is a grammatical horror of gargantuan proportions
