BRISBANE meet up 3/10/10

anyway lets get to know each other a bit better with a meet up and a bit of a cruise!

DETAILS- its basically a meet up and drive through the mountains at a leisurely pace (we dont have GTR's and its not lakeside) to emundi! there is a BBQ and heaps of parking just behind the main road

WHEN- sunday 3/10/10

WHERE- BP north bound at caboolture on the bruce highway 9:30 am for a 10am leave! over where the trucks park on the northern side of the BP!

PLAN- meet up at the BP, drive to caboolture up the highway, to lower king street, then towards the markets up beerburrum road, turn off on to steve irwin way to railway st, landsborough maleny road into maleny montville road, through montville road and up the hill, take a ride through there, down the hill now nambour mapelton road!

then on to the bruce highway, and to emundi!

WHAT TO BRING- full tank of fuel, i dont know about you but running out of fuel up there would be a 2 hour wait for racq!! a UHF radio so we can stay in contact (if you dont have one dont stress ill try and bring some spares) & some friends if you like, drinks, and meat for a BBQ

umm... not sure takes like 30min to get there from cabbo BUT it is a sunday and the markets will be on (i just realised this) where about in landsborough do you want to meet up?

should be pretty quiet on a Sunday.

Maybe that will suit surferdude too, as he has to come
from Caloundra.

Just over a week to go and five attendees...... should be
a good run up to Eumundi. Hope the weather's kind!
I'm gonna PM a few more Brissy and Sunshine Coast members
and see if we can't get a few more along.
