That's a really difficult question and one I can't answer directly because of
a/ the rim size (18") and
b/ the possibility of lowering.
My advice is this.
Lower it first so options can be tried.
Then, find a friendly local tyre dealer ( I seem to remember you're in or near Toowoomba) and I'm too out of touch with the Qld regional dealer network to offer any specific names. He needs to be one who deals in wheels himself but this in itself presents some problems as he may feel miffed you didn't buy your wheels from him. Maybe suggest they were a gift from a close relative or something.
Anyway, try for someone who specialises in wheels. They will have a better idea of where to start with brands as each has a slightly different (within specs) sizing. He can also guide you on what will be quiet. But remember, quiet sometimes comes at the expnese of handling due to the use of a fairly innocuous tread.
What I've tried to do is give you enough information to be able to ask the right questions.

But feel free to run dealer names and tyre brands past me (maybe by pm) before you commit, in case I've heard something derogatory.
