No-one is gonna give you the latest windows operating system and then expect nothing in return...

Being an insider I knew about the name change but I agree Microsoft should have placed an obvious option for people to disable if they wished, now you just have to convince your IP - Browser - Search engine  and Anti-virus to not collect your data either
