Ever wondered how good your colour vision is? Well wonder no more – as a new free online test will tell you.

iGame Eye Test measures your ability to spot an ‘irregular colour’ in a set of boxes and determines your ability to detect colour in animal terms.

The 30-round game starts by asking you to click on the odd colour out of four boxes, and becomes more complex as it goes on, with smaller boxes and colours which are only marginally different.

My result depends on the level of ambient light. During the day, my best result was tiger. At night, if I also turned off the room light, I can achieve Hawk.

To get a more consistent result they should provide a method of calibrating the ambient light and the monitor settings.

I was going to say the same thing as most computer monitors are calibrated not for accuracy but for vivid colours essential for media consumption. Also, historically the CRT screens of old always had better colour reproduction than the LCD/LED panels of late

I pretty much mix colours as a profession Pantone/RAL and I only got cat lol.
