Here are two videos, shot by photo camera Canon in 2010.
Here is the first video, that can be considered as off-road video (on the way from local lake to the newest part of the village)

Here is the video to my home in the village

Thanks for those Misha..We don't have any villages (or small towns) with gravel roads these days.. We avoid such roads for fear of paint chips to the car and widscreen..

Lucky you than, as sometimes the driving the car on the road like this resembles me the driving on ice.

If you happen to be in Saint-Petersburg ever I may take you to this village for a couple of days to see what the real village is , unless you're scared with 4.5 hours driving one way on average.

Just checked it quickly, I'll watch it better when I come home. But now I understand why you definitely need a SUV. If you'll ever be in doubts, whether you should get the SUV or a normal car again, go for the SUV! Please

I live in village, and we have narrow, but normal roads. It's also somewhere in my videos (I think random). Nothing like the ones on your vids

Thank you. If ever I get the chance I'd love to do that.

I don't think all villages in Russia have got the roads of the same quality, it actually varies with the regions, the ones neighboring big cities, such as Saint-Petersburg and Moscow may have the asphalt roads.

:D always welcome. There is a lake near the village, a stream with crayfishes, there is a forest with berries and mushrooms, Sudoma mountain and a few hills, there is even a monastery located in a building of former school.
