how did you come up with your user name. mine is fairly easy,I've got 2 i30s. :lol you don't need to go into private and personal detail, just a small explanation.
-
Mine was completely on a whim, Optio is a type of digital camera that I bought not long ago, and 87 is the year I was born. I couldn't think of anything better at the time I signed up lol
-
Everyone I know calls me Blue... except my kids... it's just Dad to them.
When people use my given name, I often don't answer / hear it.
-
you wouldnt have red hair by any chance.

after the car - i30 (i = eye, 30 = 30)
ps
I wish I had 30 eye's given the plonkers who drive on the roads today. Well most do. Some actually try to use the footpath to get past!
-
I hardly ever get called Darryl (even by my wife) Usually Dazz, Dazzler or Dazzling..
My email address is dazzling_darryl@..... So that is probably what started it ..
and my big cheesy grin with lots of white teeth :D

Mines an old name I used to use in LAN games. I used to listen to a lot of death metal so the name seemed to fit the genre. I still find the name "Robin Graves" hilarious, its the stage name of a guitarist from a death metal band called "Cradle of Filth".

PUFC Guy, another simple one for those in UK? PUFC=Peterborough United Football Club and my name's Guy.

Good win for Posh over NUFC tonight , I've been to London Road 3 times and hope to get to the league game down there this season.
L30N is my name Leon with '30' in the middle and is also part of my licence plate. People always ask why I don't drive a Seat Leon, nice car but that would be too obvious and anyway the i30 is better VFM.

I presumed a .50 cal might be involved.
-
Car rego is BEZ10Y, can't get much simpler than that. I have other "handles" but I thought for this forums I'd keep it more related to my car.

Jason117 = Jason (umm..thats me) and the 117 is my father's race car number. He's used the same number since the early 60's ( he's still racing at age 74) so it's kinda sentimental to me.
-
Jason, what is your father racing at the moment.
-
He is racing a 1964 Nota Sportsman Clubman. A pic can be found here....http://www.flickr.com/photos/14373548@N03/2866838227/ (http://www.flickr.com/photos/14373548@N03/2866838227/)
He's owned the car since 1967 and he has a lot of fun in it.
-
sweet look;n car.bet theres not to many around these days.
-
There were around 100 of them made, but many were crashed into the concrete walls around the race tracks of Australia, so not many remain.
-
Initials db and when I signed up for Ebay, db00 to db 07 was taken. That simple....
It's not my blood alcohol level, honestly.
-
My rego is GURKHA because I'm from Nepal and the Nepalese soldiers in places like the UK, Singapore and India have are known as the Gurkhas. The 17, because when I joined my school soccer team I was given that number and my B'day is on the 17th Nov, so ever since I've the number 17 when I need to use a number, like email id.

“TK421, why aren’t you at your post” – the only line in Star Wars that refers to a storm troopers callsign. Original? No. I had seen someone else using it and thought it was rather clever and only something a few diehard star wars fans would recognise. BTW, I’m not a huge fan, but i like the movies. Of course poor old tk421 got mugged and had his uniform stolen onboard the millennium falcon before he could even deliver a single line. At the end of the day, it’s just one of many usernames i use.
Tim.

Nothing to do with cars (perhaps carts though?).
I've been doing family history research for a few years now. One of my relations in the late 18th/early 19th century rented a property which was referred to as "Cow Leasow" (aka "Cow Leaze"). Cow Leasow actually referes to the meadow in which the property stood - basically a field for cows! (Obviously the field was more important that the tiny cottage and the paupers who inhabited it!).
So, I use that name here and there on the internet. For this forum I stuck UK on the end just so people can see at a glance that I'm UK-based (and therefore talking pounds, miles, and right-hand drive!). (This was before I knew you could put your location onto your post :-[ ).
-
I'm just sweet... :P
I like sugar on my weetbix??

Anyone got any thoughts as whether all members should put in their location so it is visible below their avatar like mine?
-
its good to know what country a member is in especially when they ask about where to buy a part,or if you know what country they live in you know where there i30 was built [chech or korea] and besides that I'm just curios
-
Is there a way to turn the "location" function on?
