Hi, the sluggishness, is it confined to a rev range? or is it always there? And with the auto, does the kick down function cause any problems with the sudden change of rpm?

Both and when i let go of the gas the RPM drops and then it drops lower and then pop back up to the normal rpm rage Hyundai says its normal
