+ Weekend!!!
+ Attending a wedding this weekend, and I am quite keen to see all the family members again
+ We got word that we are in fact getting increases for next year and I have gotten confirmation that we are also getting bonuses next month :goodjob2:
- My suit trousers don't fit anymore so tomorrow I need to go and find a pair, which will be next to impossible as the shops are going to be full to the brim
- Hippo needs a wash before the wedding, but the weather isn't playing along
- One of the ladies at one of my clients commented on a few grey hairs that I have had since high school, but she burst out laughing when I confessed I was only 23 :sweating:

My hairdresser reckons it's better to be grey than bald so I will take what I can get

My brother that loves motorbikes has bought a Honda Goldwing from a person in NSW. He is catching a flight from Adelaide next week to Coolangatta Gold coast where I will pick him and his wife up. I will take them to get  the bike and then he will ride it back  to my house in the Gold Coast.Sadly owing to commitments in Adelaide they will only stay o/night and then head off for the long haul back to Adelaide. He hopes to do the trip in 4 days but I reckon that will be pushing it,that means travelling 625 km a day. That in my opinion is to far even in a car let alone a motor bike.He has said that when he gets fatigued he will stop and if it takes more days so be it. :goodjob2:

Not at all.  My roster is two weeks on, two weeks off, plus I get six weeks annual leave per year, which I can accumulate.  So I do work less than half a year.

He'll love the trip on the Goldwing, my brother has one as well and thoroughly enjoys it.

He's also just purchased a Ducatti Diavel and will be bringing this one back to Aus with him when they return next year.

He'll love Dazz, they're actually quicker of the mark than the  Ducatti 1199 Superleggara

1200cc - 162hp of pure grunt and a bit more if you put one of the optional sport exhausts on it :D, I've got a GSX1400 and it wouldn't come anywhere close to the Diavel and if it weren't for the bad back I'd probably look at buying one myself :winker:

Sexy beast! The bike I mean

Nothing like that nice midrange V-twin grunt to induce a Joker-like grin upon anyone's face.

My dream bike is still a Suzuki SV650S, it's really a pity they don't produce them anymore :undecided:

He's got some green Kawasaki (650?) at the moment. He told me the new one is a beast... He was a racer of cars many years ago. Formula Vee champ and some Formula Ford stuff too....

+ Last night's wedding was very nice, spent some good quality time with family members and caught up with my friend from Grahamstown :goodjob2:
- Our national electricity producer has released a statement that the coal silo at the Mpumalanga power station has 'developed a small crack'...which means rolling blackouts countrywide. Picture below

Looks a bit more like total collapse but what do I know, I am just an IT techie :whistler:
