Waaaay back, when I was still working ( ), I had a lot of dealings with Repco, from as far back as about 1985, until about 2014. I always found them excellent to deal with and over the years they developed some great programs to assist their loyal dealers. Their computer links are excellent for immediate on-line help and their training programs are second to none.

Having said all that, I urge anyone to satisfy themselves that whatever repair outlet you choose is competent and dependable. Repco Authorised Service Centres are privately owned ( so a pretty open ended franchising set  up). But at least you have some recourse through Repco if you feel you've been hard done by.
