Has anyone had experience loading a mobility walking frame or a folding wheel chair in the boot of a PD or PD2 hatch? Can either be accommodated without putting the back seats down? Many thanks!

not a mobility aid but my tool box easily fits so I reckon a wheel chair will.

I think they would because my PD boot is bigger than the Corolla one I rent in Western Australia.  I've had a walker and a small wheel chair in there several times.

I believe hoju0818 did stipulate "without putting the back seats down" :)

it'd be a massive wheel chair to not fit without putting the seat down but as the post was wrong I removed it...........I'l learn to read the full post before replying next time.

You didn't have to go that extreme, at least we could see how much fits in the PD with the seats down :D I'll restore your post :)

Besides, how are you ever going to get your post count to legendary status if you keep doing that?

Or just commenting for the sake of it?

Don't be like that @Cookie Thumper .. I've done nearly 60 thousand posts and many probably consider most of them to be superfluous but who cares.. I certainly don't.  You've made some excellent contributions!
Oh, and the OP even gave you a thank you for it! :goodjob2:
