Title: How to get the high beam bulb to use normal brightness?
Post by: Code38 on January 05, 2024, 19:54:24
Hello,
Can't find anywhere the answer if it possible to have the high beam bulb act as a regular bulb with normal power? By default it is dimmed to low power, like in the picture. Since projector lights arent that powerful, could it be helpful to have this high beam bulb act as a regular reflector bulb?
I have i30 2015 Estate GD 1.6 Crdi

What's shown in the picture is the park light which is why it's dull.

Turning on the headlights will automatically disable the DRL's and then you only need to turn on high beam for brighter light.

If the low beam driving lights aren't adequate you can always replace with brighter H7 bulbs which I think would be a better choice
