JUSR RETURNED FROM A 5000KM TRIP TO NORTH QUEENSLAND AND HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THE I30 CRDI CW AUTO,AVERAGED 5.9 L/100KM AT AN AVERAGE OF 105KM/HR.A GREAT VEHICLE JUST LOVE IT ALTHOUGH THE STEERING WHEEL LEATHER IS STARTING TO PEEL.ANYONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM ??

Welcome to the forum BIGAL and congratulations on your trip results.
There have been other cases of peeling leather on the steering wheel and it's usually a warranty repair.

Welcome BIGAL,

Great trip and pretty good fuel figures for Queensland. There have been reports of leather failure although this is most common in Europe rather than Australia.

All we need now are some pics,

As the others have said, you wont have any problems getting a new steering wheel under warranty. Several Hyundai models have had this issue from time to time

Hi Bigal - welcome to the forum. As said above - it's a warranty job.

You also have a problem with your computer keyboard - the caps Lock seems to be stuck on.................
