Title: ECU FLASH - Very Slow at flashing tune (i30 SR)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has flashed a tune via the OBD port on an i30 SR and what speeds they were getting.
I am using an openport 2.0 with a Tactrix cable. The software I am using is PCM Flash, when I flash the car it is really slow and seems to be unsuccessful many times just due to the speed of it.
Any ideas what I should try?

I wasn't aware that they were able to be flashed via the OBD port :undecided: ECU out job for mine when I had it done to get by the security restrictions though that was some years ago now.

If they are update compatible the speed would be dependent on the CPU speed at either end : Computer - ECU, and of course the software itself.
