Hi guys,
My Hyundai i30 FD CRDi, has leak in the turbo return line. I went to the dealership and they asked for a lot of money. They showed me an image of the turbo return line, that looks something like this: Turbo return line image (https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTE5N1gxNTAw/z/BvcAAOSw1~JZQ8a7/$_12.JPG?set_id=880000500F). I know this is for an elantra. But it is similar.
Has anyone done this kind of job? Any references like youtube videos? Because they told me it is in a very tight place... So replacing the part will be pretty hard.
Many thanks

Appears they are referring to EGR 'exhaust gas return'. If you use our search engine you will find numerous reports and pictures of the EGR system being stripped and also blanked off.
Its not a 5 minute job but the intelligent handyman can do this on a Saturday afo.
Get a new pipe or one from a wrecker.
