Title: V power shell anyone ?
Post by: Davidi30mk1darkgrey on March 22, 2016, 21:15:10: Thinking of using the vpower shell fuel to see if makes any difference in power and mpg anyone one running their car on it on here ?

I never use supermarket fuel unless i have to.

Post by: diablo on March 22, 2016, 21:32:31: I've tried it in my present car and a previous one. Didn't make any difference to power or economy. Neither car was/is set up to take advantage of increased octane ratings. Some cars are able to make use of it.

The extra cleaning agents in it may make a difference over a few months if the engine is badly clogged. :confused:

Post by: CraigB on March 23, 2016, 12:18:18: I use V-Power solely in mine though my car is tuned to benefit from it, I don't think it would make much difference in a vehicle not setup for it and the added cleaning benefits can be found in 95 octane fuel...just not the anti-friction benefits found in V-Power.
