We've got similar things on the road in Vancouver.  My dad always called them 'saturna' cars because they look like they came off saturna island (a local hippie island).  I've seen some with troll dolls glued all over them.

I thought I should explain the "laterna-car" term for those not living in Greece;
A common four-wheel, one-man powered vehicle, it has an intergrated music player, laterna-driver can talk to his cellphone while in move (as well as many car-drivers), etc
