After an amount of apprehension on taking my i30 for its 1 month free service I have arrived home with quite an amount of satisfaction from Paul Wakeling Hyundai, Campbelltown, Sydney NSW.
Efficient, pleasant, helpful sums it up.
I mentioned that the satnav map software was 2 years old - the service advisor said that would be taken care of. Yes, after checking, I found it had been updated. No fuss - No drama
My only gripe is that I would prefer to be asked if I minded that my car was put through the complimentary mechanical car wash. If I had the choice, I would say no "thank you".
While waiting in the comfortable customer lounge, I couldn't help but overhear 2 customers speaking to each other of their pleasant/positive experiences with their cars & the Dealership.
Being a multi franchise Dealership with other brands that typically have low customer satisfaction ratings, I made an assumption that these chatty customers were proud owners of Hyundai vehicles.
I introduced myself with a comment that it seems these two customers were proud Hyundai owners - I was correct. They were both glowing of Hyundai & the Dealership.
Sharing a conversation with them did plenty to ease my apprehension about Dealership service centres.
