Hi, help required to troubleshoot central locking not working when using the actual key (NOT the fob).  The fob works fine and opens /closes all doors.  But the manual key does not work at all.
Any tips/tricks to trouble shoot?

Discovered this myself when the fob died recently.  Anyone know how its supposed to work?

Since new, I've never had that problem. Then again I don't think I've ever used the key at all except in the ignition lock
