On June 6th 1983, I began a career in the electrical wholesale industry.....selling electrical holes.....and its been pretty much downhill since then.

I am a 22-year old IT technician/customer engineer in the corporate field. We mostly do the two major banks in South Africa by taking care of their peripherals and computers, and some more specialist equipment such as cheque readers and cash recyclers and ATM's. We do have various other smaller clients as well, and I think we have about 40 different clients with about 300 different sites in the province.

The company is nationally based with 1500-odd employees and we have satellite branches all over the country

I have been here at my current job since February 2014 and loving it very much!

Oh dear you have to look on both sides of that story tho i get just as frustrated as the customer sometimes when a problem is so intermittent but you no there is a fault there iv spent hours on cars with problems only happening for minutes and every couple of months the customer always say "you probably think im lying". So i totally understand.
