I had a BT kit installed (which caused my audio prob) but alot of people I'm talking to find it hard to hear/understand me - echo's, cuts in/out.
If I turn it off they can hear me fine.
Also I have a nokia BT kit in my other car and my phone works well with this.

I'm going to get it checked out when I drop the car in for its service (and to get the audio fixed) but wasn't sure if anyone else had any issues with theirs.

Sorry if you've said elsewhere, but is this a genuine kit? Several of the i30s in the family have the genuine kit (as did Crystal) and they all work faultlessly. In fact, I have had conversations with people where they thought I was sitting at my desk but I was actually on BT doing 110 (ish) on the highway.

I have seen one where they installed the microphone on the windscreen back to front (though it wasn't one of my guys that did it) but even that just made the person in the car sound more distant (no echoes or cutting out).

Be interesting to see what the dealer comes up with.

Yeah genuine kit.
My phone works flawlessly with my other BT kit in the Territory, so its not that.

Anyhoo the car is going in tomorrow so will see what happens then.
