Being serious, I'm now thankfully retired after 24 years teaching (Chemistry & Latin), previously 18 years with Ford Tractors (Quality Control Chemist/Metallurgist), before that various works chemist and analyst jobs (precious metals, paints, fertilizers (no cracks please

) in the UK. Started work in NZ in an agricultural research station for 4 years.

In retirement as a member of the U3A (University of the Third Age - pretentious title that!) I am still teaching Latin but trying hard to get a Real Ale Appreciation Group going

I also have a small business on ebay and other sites selling vintage cameras and lenses - if anyone has found an old camera in their loft and wants to know if it's worth anything I run a FREE valuation service from my website:
