I'm older than you, Steve......
And yes, I've seen many of them over the years...even had a laminated copy of the poster with the chic in the red top astride a harley for years...
BTW, that's the entire chiko roll poster collection that Bel680 linked to....so if it wasn't one of those, then perhaps you may have to concede that you might be wrong....

i think your right Russ.  :-[ the fish and chip shop near my home when i was younger had a poster of a blond headed girl laying on a bike wearing a black leather top and matching pants and was holding a Chico roll. the owner of the shop heard myself and my now wife [this was 20 plus years ago] debating that it was Debra harry[aka  blondie] and told us that it was.  :o :-[

Yeah, I can't see Deborah harry (probably at the height of her career) posing for a little Aussie Company poster so I'd say the Fish & Chip shop owner was having a lend of ya.... :goodjob:

It's a too cryptic for me  ........ perhaps he's our first Nun and why would anyone in the 'Tell us about their job' thread tell people Twice ? 'unless' they were a new car salesperson ? .... "I'll just have to take this deal and speak to the Boss mmm ???" then hides in the cupboard for 15 minutes before coming back with his head to one side with another mmm ....   :scared:

I have just retired at the age of 73 from a life in the circus as a novelty act.

The finale of my act was bending a 10mm diameter steel bar around my erect penis - but I had to give it up - my wrists have gone................. :sweating:

sounds better than it is.....believe me

I know a couple of young (well - in their 30's now) guys who are uni mates of my son who is an electrical engineer who studied biomedical engineering. Ironically both have moved out of the field and upwards (?) - one to MIT on a scholarship then to California and the other writing software used by armed forces all over the world for real-time feedback from the field.
Two really nice young guys who've made it from UNSW (Sydney).
What I like about the whole thing is that my son, who's involed in the project to supply power to the Gorgon Project in WA, these two and several others of their uni mates have all kept in touch.
Sorry, a bit off topic but your role reminded me of them all.
I also did some post graduate study with a couple of guys from Cochlear a few years ago. They were involved in R&D for that company so I guess they had similar backgrounds.
