My Breitling 1894 Chronometre Certifie has never stopped, even in the dark.
I once had a watch, when I was 7 years old, then the battery ran out and I never had another one since.
Not sure if its good or not, but I got 54.71l of Diesel into the 53l tank, first click, no brimming shenenigans. Tomorrow its time for service again.I once had a watch, when I was 7 years old, then the battery ran out and I never had another one since. Yet I somehow still manage to keep better track of time than my watch wielding friends. I do get the entire jewelry thing, I just never was one for adornments.

Wierd you got that much in on first click! What has Mom got to do with anything (on your receipt)and... How in the hell do you survive without a watch! I understand there are plenty of clocks around, but even though I'm now retired I'm a stickler for punctuality. I'm always checking the time... "Sh*t, the kids will be here shortly, I better get my skates on....."
That's why I don't buy battery watches the quality and workmanship is in Swiss automatics and I never leave home without one, I think some of my watches are older than you are
Depends what you call a watch, Russell. My wife just pick up the latest model Fitbit which tells time among many other things.

Wearing a watch is unfashionable these days, most would rather use a mobile phone...
