Title: More Australian Wildlife face Extinction
Post by: AlanHo on January 16, 2013, 04:15:43: SEX clinic doctors say crab lice are nearly extinct because so many women are getting "Brazilian" bikini waxes.

Women grooming their privates has been hailed as the main reason behind a slow in the spread of the parasitic insects.

Crabs can spread person to person during sexual contact, settling in hair.

In Australia, the lice are almost extinct, with experts saying they haven't treated a case of it since 2008.

Basil Donovan, head of sexual health at the University of New South Wales, said: It used to be extremely common, now it's rarely seen."

He added: "Without doubt it's better grooming."

That's racist, unnecessary and wrong.

I doubt for one minute that a tassie would be put off by a herd of rapacious crabs in the undergrowth.......... :snigger:
