Hi, I have a 2015 1.6 CDI i30 that is showing an engine management light fault. I can turn the mil light off but not sure of the fault.
The live data is showing the pre cat sensor senson 1 swithhing but the post cat sensor 2 is staying at 1.04v even when the engine rpm is increased?
Do I replace the sensor? not been under the car to locate it yet. or do I gust keep clearing the fault?
Car starts normal, no driveability problems, no change in MPG.
Fault code is P2271
Thanks.

Aunty google says:
Possible causes P2271, P2273 code
- Exhaust system leak
- O2 sensor signal circuit
- O2 sensor return circuit
- O2 sensor
It is apparently the downstream o2 sensor reading rich, so could be electrical issue or most likely the sensor is poked. Usually the pre cat sensor reads the fuel trims and ecu adjusts accordingly, post cat reads the condition of the cat. So driving shouldnt be affected unless the cat is blocked or not working
