I am enjoying watching the Tour de France on TV at the moment.  These cyclists are pedalling their way through some spectacular scenery in the UK and France, covering over 3000km in 3 weeks.  You'd think that they would have discovered the internal combustion engine to make it easier for them.

Oh, we have a Tasmanian coming second, Richie Porte, for Team Sky.

Yeah, they tore through our village, Finchingfield, Essex in about 50 seconds.
Landlord of The Fox did a Champagne lunch for £170.00.
Ridiculous.

Yep, and he was Fully booked, and that was to eat beside the road, in the Front Garden as it were.
Some ate again that evening, there wasn't enough to eat.
They thought they would get a ringside seat (sitting down as well !).
Look for the crowds standing in front of the diners

When I was a professional cyclist, the Tour de France is one event I found a bit hard.
But once I woke up I felt better.  :)
