well, I haven't inquired yet, but I think we both may come to a conclusion (I might pay with Wiskas, for example, as my part of bargain  :))

I am glad our cars are garaged Misha (I know you do not have that option)

I have had cats scratch my paint before, when getting on and off .. :disapp:

desperate to locate a source of rattle I decided to remove glove box alone with aft panel to get an access to an interior, but I tuned out to fail to achieve my purpose as everything there seemed fixed in position

Are you sure it's the glovebox area? Rattles can be deceiving.
You should get someone else to drive your car while you are a passenger and see if it seems to come from the same place.

one thing I'm sure that rattle comes from right hand side.
I know new i30 has got the same problem, so has any one of new owner managed to sort it out?
Oh, no, I won't let any one to drive my car as if the worse happens I won't have anything from my insurance company

I made some driving with box and panel removed and it appeared to start rattling by the end of my trip (not sure cause there were many other objects in the car on a front seat and foot area, such as screw driver, bits etc)

I know I should have taken everything left from dismantling into a trunk (but as it is said here:"a wise thought comes afterwards")

Put something soft around the cables.

These cables can create very much rattle if they touch something during driving.

Why are you not allowed to let anyone else drive your car..

My insurance covers all accidents no matter who drives the car, only thing is I get double excess if driver is under the age of 26.

Same here. We can nominate drivers but if a non-disclosed driver drives the car and an accident happens then additional excesses would apply.

that is because there is only one name in my insurance paper - mine, so no one else is to drive my car

I did manage to complete my affair with protective mash - I installed it at last

by occasion I decided to examine car's underneath in details - nothing seemed wrong

I came to a car wash when I finished, so my car is clean now

Hey   :D

On the 2. last pic I can see there's eccentric bolts on the lower support arms, which means Camber is now adjustable on the rear axle..  :goodjob2: :goodjob2: :goodjob2:

By the way, very good idea with that protective mash ..  :goodjob:

Hmm, strange system.

Does this mean you would have to pay more if there was another person on the insurance paper..

Hey! Love the wheels too. Which winter tires have you mounted on it? I see they have studs on. I also replaced my tires to winter ones (of course no studs), as we had some snow few days ago and the temps are mostly around 0°C.

Any pictures of the vehicle from the side? We can barely see the wheels  :D

Hi, Accim.
The winter tires are Continental ContiIce Contact and as you have spotted they have the studs.
I'll take a shot once I wash my car, cause due to filthy weather which we have had now for two weeks my car is really dirty, so are the rims
