Hi all
Just received some roofbars from eBay for my 2012 1.6 diesel I 30 hatch and the seem to be about 1/2 inch too narrow ,did the2012 differ from the earlier model and could this be the reason ,
The bars are labelled Hyundai

2012 was a transition year. That means there are 2012 series 1 (FD) and 2012 Series 2 (GD) cars. The stying is very different so it is quite possible that the mounting width could be different.
Which series do you have FD or GD and did the Ebay add for thr racks mention one or the other.

Must be the series 2 that ran from 2012 onwards, the add said up to 2012 but as you stated the models changed in that year ,bugger
