Hey guys,

Was looking through my car today and I saw a mode that had like user setting where you can turn Eco mode on or off through the long press of the trip button. I was wondering what are the benefits of doing this?

Are there performance improvements or is it just a gimick?

Let me know what yall think

Hi Divv,
I have noticed too so i have checked the difference between the 2 and when the eco mode is on it tells you when to change gears, when its off it doesn't tell you.

As Brian mentioned all it does is advise the most economical time to change gears, only beneficial if you don’t know when to change them yourself  :D

Or if you can't hear the engine revs. But then you should equally see the needle of the rev gauge rapped round the end stop. :)
