I used to think this forum was really busy ... until I started burning my annual leave at home. Clicking 'Show ALL unread posts.' continuously just to get shouted 'NO MESSAGES...' does not make it any busier. :blubber:

I've been busy and now have ten pages unread, so if you could clear some of those for me Gonz, I'd be really appreciative.  :)

There is a button up on the top right of the page. I use it regularly.

I've had a TB test, Dazz.  I'm sure that Gonz would have too.  Part of the "benefits" of my previous, and Gonz's current, employer.

Like wise , Jamie.....
My post deployment card, serving as advisory to doctors, is quite an eye opener - it reads like a medical compendium and even mentions leprosy!

I was going to say the incidence of that is dropping off (but you guys sort of spoiled it)  :Pout:

Too little too late, Dazz. Apparently some fevers are on the rise, though. :D

No big deal, farewelled as President of the AOC, President of Spanish Radio, Commanding Officer of 613SQN and ADF Airworthiness Standards Representative for Aeronautical Life Support.

This came via 613SQN. :victory:

Too right, Gonz.  I love what I do for a living, even if some days it feels like "just a job".  When I do feel like that, I look around and see what I am actually doing, and realise that many people would love to swap seats with me.

That was a fantastic gift that you received from 613 SQN.  Very impressive.  I am extremely jealous of that (even if it is the wrong type).   :whistler:

For those that don't know, there are slight differences between the ceremonial swords of the three services.  Is it a Wilkinson Sword?  (No I am not being a smarty, Wilkinson Sword make ceremonial swords for the services throughout the Commonwealth)

I know someone who does expert sharpening of swords if you want an edge on it :), my mate has just had his Samurai set done and it's with all the scallop edging as well ( it's pricey though at $600 for the two piece set :faint: ) but the swords are worth 35k

I'm pretty sure it's a replica but a flawless one. I've handled plenty of the real thing and this is indistinguishable. :goodjob:

@Craig, the Japs learned that blades are no match for calibre, 5.56 and 9mm to be precise.
