So long time lurker, finally took the plunge and bought a PD I30 premium in blue, already put 1500Kms on it in a week of ownership
Must say it’s an absolute fantastic car for long distance driving

Yep for some reason that's how it's been in Oz since the PD was released. Maybe a Korean factory only thing?
Mind you the percentage of diesels sold these days is very low, so seldom see one at our local dealer any more. :Pout:

It’s a shame because I think both the petrol and diesel turbocharged powerplants are excellent and far superior than the atmo one however the diesel certainly isn’t for people with short commutes/city driving.

Firty has certainly proven to be a dream car. Punchy little turbo on her 1.6 Diesel gets me 35km each way every day, now with a long stretch of new 110 kph motorway. :happydance:
