Hi,

I had to replace my headlight assembly as I had cracked the glass. That part was not to bad, however then new assembly was without a motor.

So I need to remove the motor from the old one and put it in the new one.

I've not found any guides on how to remove and install one.

Has anyone got any guides or suggestions.

The current motor I can pull then turn clock wise 90 I had thought it would pull out, but it does not seem to want give, and I dont want to break it.

Any help would be awesome

Not sure why you have had no replies, but I suspect it is because our 3 main technical advisors are based in Australia and most Aussie delivered i30's don't have the headlight motor feature. Only the Euro built tourer and 3 door which are no longer imported have electric headlight adjustment.
