Canberra runner Mark Bourne has won the 36th race to the top of the Empire State Building in Manhattan.

Fellow Aussie Suzy Walsham won the women's division in 12:05 - her fourth victory.

Australians took both second-place slots as well, with Darren Wilson finishing in 10:45 and Brooke Logan finishing in 12:48.
