Hi,
I have a 2010 GT GLS and I bought it used. The plastic that covers the trunk release from the inside is missing. Anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement plastic cover?

Are you talking about the emergency trunk release located inside the rear hatch - or the normal release on the outside?

Your probanly only going to find that from Hyundai or a junkyard.
Have you looked under the boot floor to see if it has fallen down into the spare wheel cavity?
