Wondered if the OP was confusing the "scheduled" service and the regular service.
Mr's i-30 (1.8 petrol) has scheduled services at 15000k and in between there's regular services (7500k)
To maintain Hy warranty the 15000k service must be performed by them and the 7500k service can be done by others.
I would not be running diesel oil to 32000k or the 2 years.
