Hi everyone, first time poster here.

Looking to install AA/ACP on a 2016 tucson highlander. I've downloaded the hdf  file (284mb) and thrown it on a 16gb USB freshly formatted. When I plug it in I get the no media files available message and nothing else.

How do i actually update the software?

Regards,

Andalu

I'm unsure of Tucson settings but is the USB formatted to fat32? if the hdf file is in a folder it needs to be extracted first.

I've downloaded the hdf file from Dropbox and copied to a fat32 formatted  USB stick.

Does it need to be extracted first?

It's just the one file in the drive. Am I missing something?

If the file looks as below then it is extracted as raw and should work, are you searching the upgrade via settings/system/update or however the Tucson displays it's upgrade section  :undecided:

that's exactly what's on the USB.

The car is turned on, and the USB plugged in and the same no media files message is appearing.
I must be doing something wrong with either the USB format or the installation method.

Apparently the Highlander is a NAV unit so the Android Auto - Apple CarPlay update is incompatible with your unit unfortunately.
