Don't try this at home (I cut more out than I kept) 

I used three Video Cameras and a Still camera that day but as this one has much lower resolution I kept the video separate rather than combining it..

Had no probs with the recording (actually the 535MB original of this Video was Crystal Clear) Converting to one tenth the size for uploading iintroduced some blockiness unfortunately.. Hope this one is not blocked in too many countries

It's not that funny    anyway I dodged a bullet with those two music tracks.. available in all countries 

I'll make another video with the footage from the other two cameras combined later in the week as a comparison.. both the other cameras moved around a bit so I will eventually get a windscreen mount for Trish's camera and make a headrest bracket for the other one

I'm sorry i laughed at your cap cam dazz.    it was overall a good video mate.    i should be giving you a pat on the back for inventiveness.    all inventions start off with a prototype.

Too much of the sunvisor on some of the better bits of driving road.. (so I had to cut that out  might have it on one of the other cameras  ) ...The i30 used to love that road

it seemed like you were going along fairly well in the video,but its hard to tell for sure.  did the tripod taped to the console work OK?

Sort of.. Still a bit of movement but camera was on part zoom which probably made it look worse .. I'll post it later in the week 

P.S. Speed always looks slower on in car video .. To look like you are really moving you need to be way over the speed limit... (which I wasn't)

It would wobble less if you were to duct tape the camera to the top of your head. The only snag might be having to have your head shaved first.....

Yeah, that's interesting Dazz....   I won't be following you down that route.  I think if I taped a camera to my head over here I'd be sectioned and sent to the funny farm pronto, with a tin foil helmet provided.

When I got out to take photos of the murals in Sheffield and to go into a shop for an Ice cream I made sure I swapped caps ...(I don't think anyone saw me wearing it) roads were pretty quiet again as you saw..

anyway... it capped off quite a nice little drive

Thanks Steve.. like I said in the video just a bit of fun.. Interesting that I had no stuttering with just a standard Micro SD card on Full 720 x 480 resolution ?? The original (edited ) 500+ MB file really was quite good for a $35 camera 

I have been spoilt with the 2.7" / 3.0" screens on the other two cameras for on the spot setting up of Resolution / time etc though 

Will be interesting to see how the other videos taken from 2 different viewpoints will come up in comparison I'll have to throttle back the M1 footage to 720P to combine the two

I often thought of ditching my (3) car cameras and just employing someone to ride passenger with me.



I'm worried it might put a hell of a strain on his wrist though, drawing all the scenery as we travelled along
