The last time I had one of our Hyundai's serviced at Hyundai was when I had my Brand New XD Elantra. I stopped taking it to the dealer a year into its warranty. From then on a family friend has always serviced them and stamped the books. I hate dealerships and the crap they talk.
After purchasing 3 Brand New Hyundais and each time starting off polite, then followed by obnoxious salesman I found the only way to buy a car and get a good price is be an absolute ass. I had one idiot tell me to sign a deal today because they need their sales for end of month... Get effed!

We bought two barnd new cars from the same dealer at the same time back in September 2014. I'm not sure if that is the reason, but they are treating me like a bit of a VIP (nothing has been too much trouble so far) so I'll suck it up while I can.
In the past I have avoided dealer service like the plague and been lucky enough to get mates rates from private service places due to contacts. Unfortunately these mate's rates slowly crept up (or quickly in some cases..
) So I'll take the Free/ fixed price services while I can!
Still not a big fan of the car buying negotiations though.. Always feel like I am being screwed and not in a good way!
