With regard to the Graphite Powder, Ebay is not always the best option...

I have some coming from England that I bought on Ebay which cost me something like A$13.71 including freight ...

I was in a local hardware store the other day (Home Hardware) and they had it for A$6

I hate it when that happens, I bought a 1TB drive not Ebay but another on-line.

Next day Aust post send a brochure with 2TB for the same price

Guys your local Locksmith should have it... it's recomended for door locks.

When my Graphite Powder arrived from Ebay the plastic container it came in was around 3 times as big as the one in the local hardware store so not so bad after all.

The "bottle"  looked very similar but was 50 grams .. I'm thinking now the harware store one was probably 10 or 15 grams at the most.

 I shouldn't run out in a hurry  .. you have me a little worried about the staining issue though

Just remember it used to be used as a paint by our forefathers, and being a slippy beast it won't wash off so easily.

Some people may remember the Etch a Sketch toy. Well if you were to dismantle one it contained graphite powder and once you got it on your hands it was a bloody nightmare to get off. ( so i am told )
