Hello, I would like to know if you need to remove the high pressure pump to get the head off an i30 d4fb engine. I have no engine manual.

Standby, I think so as it's chain driven.

And it says too, also suggests the engine needs to be removed?

I could possibly upload to my g drive and PM you a private link for you to download PDF files , not sure how long the upload will take. Just need to know what sections you want.

And what year model this is and auto / manual transmission

Why is the head coming off?
