Title: good win to ford at Newcastle.
Post by: Lakes on November 25, 2017, 19:03:58
was good to see the two dicky Johnson racing falcons come in 1 n 2 for first street race at Newcastle . I'm not a street race fan myself. could imagine all the fumes stick between the tall buildings, feel sick just thinking about it. but they still seem to have these type races. was a bad move by red bull passing the Reynolds car  putting him out of a genuine top three finish, not a very professional outfit the red bull team for that meeting.

Yes, I'm a very happy camper. Being a big Scotty Mac fan it was the best case scenario I wished for. If he finishes anywhere in the top ten today he wins the championship.  :fingers:

I've liked Scotty Mac since his Garry Rogers Motorsports days.  A great driver and he comes across as a genuine bloke as well.  Jamie Whingecup, on the other hand.....

I am also a David Reynolds fan.  Disappointed in what happened to him.

Same here. David would probably be my second favourite and then Lowndes...  :goodjob:

Grew up around Newcastle,
Left a fair bit of rubber on the hairpin back in the day.  :D
Sometimes it's was on the way in  :sweating:
Newcastle had a hill climb course around the  park area YEARS ago
