I appreciate the maxim that less is more it be though that this is a tad too subtle.... I will live with it for a while and maybe it'll grow on me. If not it's only a couple of UKP's so it be pulled off and replaced.
Thoughts and ideas appreciated, as always.
Mr Smiley.
PS
Oh and the car fairly flies along with the new badge

I like it but I would wouldn't I ..
I also recommended that you put in on straight :P
-
MMMmmm... I expected someone else to make that comment ....
But yes it is slightly off true, in real life it's not as easily noticable, I'll see how I feel as we progress. As I say, I may take it off altogether and go for the suoerduper all shiny chrome jobby...
We'll see.... :winker: :winker: :winker: :winker:

I like it :D

We don't get the edition badge over here I think it would look better place where the edition badge is ..
or maybe on the other side under the Hyundai badge ...

Yeah thanks Dazz.... I have had a few thoughts... initially I thought to have the Sport badge before the edition badge so that it reads as 'Sports Edition'.....
I can use the boss's hair drier to get it off I guess, what adhesive do you use to reapply it? But thanks for the input, and it will get moved pretty soon... I have to stare at it for a while, I guess you know how annoying us old buggers can be

Thanks for the input Steve, it's growing on me. Perhaps needs taking off and reapplying 'STRAIGHT' and final fitting :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob:

You can just clean off the tape they used and use some neutral cure silicon but you would probably have to hold it in place with a bit of plastic insulation tape until it dries a bit (or carefully lift the hatch up and leave it up for 10 or 20 minutes until it sets...) :D

Does putting a "sports" badge on a car somehow make it more "sporty" than stock? :undecided:
Just curious...

Waddever dings yer bell, waddever floats yer boat.... Didn't intend to annoy you by doing this to a poor innocent car. I can always take it off if that would make you happy.....

You don't have TPMS do you Russ??
If so make sure you use copperslip on the valve stem or you could end up with broken valves
Spoken from experience :whistler: :whistler: :whistler:

I would have thought that the Edition would have had that, but the valves look like bog standard valves to me ????????
