Just back from getting the 2nd year service done and the idiot mechanic managed to reverse a car with parking sensors into a tool trolley scratching the back bumper in two places, car going back next week for a visit to the bodyshop
In fairness to them, they phoned me when it happened and knocked another 5% off my 10% discount.
