I'm 60yo retired due to ill health. Owned my i30 since new in 2008 300,ooo kms.

I've had around 90 cars and motorcycle sin my life. Some interesting some not. The i30 was purchased as I ran a small business covering lots of country kms. It hasn't let me down however a fuel delivery issue will be diagnosed by a dealer next week. When hot it is hard to start unless I push the fuel filter plunger several times.

We live in Strathbogie near Euroa in Victoria Australia. Since just replacing the turbo we will keep the car for a long time.

I hope you can get your fuel delivery issue sorted. The diesel i30's are fantastic cars (Just ask Asterix and Doggie1) and they are usually super reliable. I hope the dealer can sort you out pronto.

Care to share some of the different vehicles you have had in your life? 90+ sounds like you have had quite the variety when it comes to transportation
