Nice pics 30L6805, it looks great!

But why are you smudging out the number plate if you're using it as your handle (nickname) on this site?

Interesting to note the air intake under the front grill has a square pattern to it where mine and most of the others i've seen have a different pattern.
The chrome door handles look nice.
I hadn't seen the phone controls on the steering wheel before - does yours have cruise control?
Are those blue cubes on the doors bump protectors?
Could you post some pics of the full leather seats?

Sorry about all the questions, but there's a lot of things on it that i hadn't seen before.

Tim.  ;)

What a magnificent i30. Love the colour (same as mine).

The overhead mic blends in perfectly with the decor. I'm sure I've seen BT fittings where the mic is a separate module strapped to the top of the window, but your's looks much better. Your's is a cable phone fitting yes?

PS.. I like your T-shirt

Yes, those blue bump protector are 'original' fitted in factory. but will slowly peel off once the little blue thingy sticky no more
Leave them on and be different
Never seem them before.  Are they a Vietnam thing?

The only i30s I've seen recently were about a dozen on a transporter travelling along the M55. Now you mention it, I seem to remember they too had foam buffers.

I'd get them off ASAP as they look stoopid. Like me when I've had a bit to drink, like now.

Hi Python,

Thanks for posting the pix.. excuse Shambles rudeness about the blue cubes... I was thinking the same thing but too polite to say

Otherwise love the car....

Interesting observation.. no model badging? Over here 2 ltr gets 2.0 badge, Crdi gets Crdi badge, Slx gets that on doors and a model of the Kia Rio over here gets CVVT badges on the boot ... did you de-badge yours or is that the way it came?

Rgds,

Dazz

Splendid pics Python.

Is theft so rife over there that you feel you have to rivet your V V T badge to the wing, and fit a clasp over the side repeater light?

Wow.

yap! anything that can be remove by hand fast (including your hub cap & radio ant.!) will be lost if you parked at wrong place around the city. only recently those bugger realised that no buyer would pay for broken the side mirror (yes, whole side mirror) as it cost more to replace parts (to be re-install again to owners that was stolen) and the result after re-installing looks ugly. so now they just steal the mirror only which is more easy... sad situation here uh? :D

Haha they come from factory so the cars dont get damaged during transport... the dealer should have peeled them off in predelivery! thats just slack. I would take them off asap, the glue wont damage the paint but paint fades over time...
