Title: engine on/off button to acc????

Anyone have an idea on how to shut off the engine with the on/off button but go straight to acc? its really annoying pulling over to speak on the phone, write something down etc then have to push the button again to get the car back to acc.

also is there any way to go from acc straight to off rather than cycling through on first?
