On my day off to recover from jet lag after my two weeks of hard work in Madrid, we spotted some Hyundais on display at the local shopping centre.
Alongside the i30, Accent and Kona, what caught Elena's eye was the Veloster, now looking more refined and less quirky.
She was so impressed, we dropped into the local dealer and picked up a brochure while enquiring about a test drive. The offer is for DCT Auto or Manual at ~$28K +~$650 metallic paint, with a $1000 gift voucher thrown in.

I'm guessing that is the non turbo... See my review here. Nice enough but a bit gutless. The Turbo would be the way to go but then dearer than my SR and a generation older (the SR is a slightly better package overall)
I guess Elena would know once she drove one if it was zippy enough. :undecided:
